Block play

While outside this morning the children noticed the new blocks that were set up for play in the open grass area located between the two structures.

At first there were only a few blocks out, which made the children wonder where the rest were. That's when they noticed the shed....full of more blocks. 

Some of the blocks were a little heavy, so lucky for them the blocks came with a really cool wheel barrel to help them out!

Once all the blocks were out and ready to use the children got right to using their imagination and building some really creative structures. 

"I'm building a house"

"This is my train" 

"Look how high I built this tower!"

"Use the wheel barrel"

It was wonderful to see all the children working together and taking turns though out their time playing with these blocks.
