Airport Park

This morning we went on a long walk to Airport Park. It took us 20 minutes to walk there. We walked holding a partners hand. There was a lot of time for talking about our weekend and our surroundings with our partner.

When we arrived at the park the teachers did a safety check while we exclaimed over all the exciting things there were to do.

The most popular activity was the zip line.

"My hat blew off!"

"I'm flying!"

There was even a line up. We all waited patiently for our turn.

Spinning really fast and then shouting, "That's enough!". Then laughing while spinning around and around!

We worked on our strength and endurance when climbing to the top of the climber. We really had to use our upper body strength to pull ourselves up to the top. We felt a sense of pride and accomplishment when we made it to the top.

"Higher" and "Faster"!!
